Rick qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2012 whilst working for a Top 30 tax advisory firm in London. Having spent 10 years down south, he moved back to Yorkshire to join Howard Matthews Partnership in 2017.
Following the merger into the SMH Group in 2024, he is now a Partner of the newly formed SMH Howard Matthews Ltd. He is responsible for corporate tax and specialist tax planning for both individuals and Owner-Managed Businesses with a particular expertise in property and inheritance taxes.
