Karen brings over 25 years of HR and people leadership experience across financial services, technology, manufacturing, retail and professional services. Throughout her career, she has led people strategies, organisational change programmes, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation initiatives, combining strategic thinking with a practical, people-focused approach.
Karen is passionate about supporting the development of colleagues and creating a culture where people can thrive and achieve their potential.
